"Dream of Waking" is a show of work that deals with the space between the real and the surreal, consciousness, imagination, and plays in the realm of sleep. The show consists of works by DC-area artists Eames Armstrong, Amy Braden, Aaron Hughes, Lizzie Sampson, and Jessika Tarr. Hole In The Sky is a DIY multi-use art space in Northeast DC, because it is a live/work space, the address is available only by request. Local band Teen Liver and Halifax-based Cousins are playing the night of the opening, Thursday, April 19, 7-11pm, bands at 8. The exhibition will run April 18 through May 27, available by appointment outside of Hole in the Sky events.
